Minor Home Repair is one of the first initiatives of Front Porch Alliance, back in the early 2000’s. For nearly 25 years, dedicated volunteers have given their time and expertise, to help a fellow neighbor. Over the years, we’ve help seniors continue to age in place and helped make hundreds of homes a safe place to live and raise a family.

How did it work? 

• ^{If you live in the zip codes 64109, 64110, 64128, 64130}
• If you are low-income, a senior citizen, and/or a single parent/caregiver, you may qualify for our services.*

^{Porch, step, and railing patching & repairing}

^{Window installation and replacement}

^{Basic landscaping}

^{Light bulb and smoke/gas detector replacement/installation}

Our Minor Home Repair crew is primarily volunteer based and assists Eastside KCMO residents with small repairs around their homes.
